We will strive to support you and your patients by quickly scheduling referral requests, immediately accepting same-day emergency transfers, providing telephone consultations for both patients we’ve seen and those that have not been referred to us, and by being your local veterinary internal medicine resource.
We will respect the relationships you’ve developed with your clients by consulting with only those clients who have been referred to us, and by not consulting with a previously referred client for a new condition for which their pet was not originally sent.
If requested, we will continue to assist you with your patients after a referral when your patients follow up with you.
For your client’s and patient’s convenience, we offer outpatient ultrasound services. Typically these appointments can be scheduled and performed the same day that you call us.
Our blood bank and related supplies are available to you for use in your patients at your hospital. Many of the common canine and feline blood products are kept in stock and are available immediately. These products are typed and screened for infectious diseases. Please call us for details about this service or to arrange pick up of a product.
